Estimate · Quote · Deliver · Invoice
Order management, disciplined.
Apex-level order management from quote to invoice.
DocketCRM is the sales system for operations that move fast. Estimate. Quote. Deliver. Invoice. One tight system. Total dominance over your orders.
You don't manage orders — you dominate them.
The system
Six modules, one source of truth.
DocketCRM is the apex predator of order management. Built for operations that don't just manage orders—they hunt them, track them, own their market. One system. Total control.
Pipeline & lifecycle
Accounts, primary contacts, lead source, owner, follow-up dates. Manual or auto lead scoring. Behavior segments: high-value, repeat, quote-heavy, follow-up, inactive.
Products & price guide
Products with applications, SKUs, units, retail prices. A printable retail Price Guide for the sales floor and counter, with markup control.
Truck-fit math
Unit-aware shipping counts — Pcs/Pallet, Rolls/Pallet, Bundles/Pallet. The system knows what fits on a truck before you commit a delivery date.
Quote → Order → Invoice
One artifact moves through three states. Quotes show per-unit pricing. Invoices add extended totals. The customer never sees the seam.
FOB freight
Carrier records, recommended and active flags, FOB charges that flow to the order total. Pickup or Delivery — your call, your account.
Forecast & analytics
Range and status filters, billed value, weighted forecast, calendar-ready orders. The dashboard knows what is open, what is due, and what is likely to close.
Drop a site plan PDF. Get a parts list back.
The extraction module reads uploaded plans and recommends products from your own catalog — flagged at the top of the estimate builder under Recommended from plan. Your team picks what is right; the system did the boring math.
Connections
Wire it into the tools your team already uses.
DocketCRM is the source of truth for the work. Sync the parts that need to live elsewhere.
QuickBooks Online Beta
Push invoiced orders to QuickBooks Online. Payment status pulls back automatically. DocketCRM IDs stay authoritative; QuickBooks IDs live as external refs, with retry on failure.
Google Calendar
Push open orders into the operations calendar with the delivery window, line-item context, and customer contact details already formatted for the team.
AI extraction providers
Bring your own key. OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, or Microsoft — configured per account from Settings. Used by Site Plan Extraction and other future extraction tasks.
CSV import
Standardized templates for products, customers, and carriers. Ship-day import without spreadsheet acrobatics. Field mapping is documented for the operator handling onboarding.
